Shipping Fees and Delivery Methods

●Free shipping for purchases of 22,000 yen (including tax) or more

・Flat rate of 880 yen nationwide (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa, which are 1100 yen)
・Tracking service available
・Delivery may not be possible or additional charges may apply to some remote islands and areas.

You can complete payment at the time of purchase.

Returns

●Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your product.

●Return period
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and return it cash on delivery within 7 days.

●Return shipping costs
If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping costs.
For returns due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

*About cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please double-check your order before purchasing to avoid mistakes.

*About cooling-off
The cooling-off system does not apply to purchases of our products.
Unlike door-to-door sales or telemarketing, orders are placed at the customer's own discretion, so this system does not apply.
However, this does not apply if the product is defective, damaged during shipping due to an accident, or if a different product from the one ordered is delivered.

Time until product shipment

●Regarding pre-order/made-to-order products

Pre-order and made-to-order products will be delivered within 1 to 3 months from the order date.
After you place an order, we will send you an email with details about the estimated delivery period.
